Habits. Today we want to talk about habits and how they influence on our lives. Before thinking what new habits to acquire, maybe, it is not the worst idea to think what bad habits we can drop off. It is true that changes are difficult to make, especially when we are talking about habits. To start with we can tackle negative mindset and change it into positive one.

Habits. Comparison

Instead of comparing you with others, it is better to think what makes you special. By learning to concentrate on ourselves instead of others, we can bring down the level of our stress and anxiety and increase our happiness and self-esteem.

Disappointment

Instead of concentrating on who disappointed you and how many times, track who makes you happy and stick to those people. Starting a gratitude journal can be lifechanging and transformative to notice whom you should stick to.

Delegation

Instead of taking all the responsibilities on your shoulders, try to delegate to other people even if you think they won’t manage doing some tasks.

Checking Phones and Gadgets

Instead of constantly checking your phones, take intentional breaks. Be present. Leave your phone in the bag or somewhere you cannot reach it easily when you are spending time with your friends and family. It should boost your emotional wellbeing and give you and surrounding people more happiness. Take this opportunity and say them “I love you”, “I care about you” and “you mean a world to me”. These moments are precious and if you’d like to say it in a form of a unique gift made with appreciation and love by a family, we are there to help.

Habits. Overthinking

Instead of overthinking focus on what you can control. If you start spiralling on the same thought which gives you anxiety, distract yourself with a healthy activity such as doing exercise, practising mindfulness, dancing, painting, making something creative, or just concentrate on your breathing.
